Tracy Iseminger Marketing Director
Tracy discovered website design, social media, and SEO while starting her own small food blog that eventually grew into a full-size daily online lifestyle magazine. That venture has taken her on journeys from to NYC for Food Network Events all the way to Montana Dude Ranches, Aruba for Carnival, Costa Rica and Nicaragua for luxury resort reviews.
While growing Daily Dish Magazine, Tracy learned the ins and outs of winery marketing, earning her Wine Business Management Certificate from Washington State University Carson College of Business. With this certification, Tracy was able to turn her love for wine and digital marketing into an exciting career.
When not at the computer, Tracy spends much of her time at home with her family. She loves to travel whenever possible, experience new foods, and sip on new wines!
Tracy is known to pack her Riedel wine glass suitcase when traveling to ensure she has the right glass at the right time for every wine.

Josh Kandle The Idea Fermentor
At the age of 8 Josh fell backward into a barrel of Cab Sav and came out jabbering about the terroir of the Mid-Columbia Valley and it’s been all downhill through the grapevines since.
After double majoring in Communications and Psychology at Washington State University, he went in search of the Northern Lights and logged an eight-year Alaskan adventure, a lettuce/flower farm, countless glasses of cheap red wine, one wedding and three small humans that look a little like him.
Since then, he has continually sought to build out his marketing palette with experience in search engine optimization, graphic design, coding, web design, photography and videography. In 2020, Josh added licensed drone pilot to his resume.
Josh also enjoys being active in the community outside of work and has volunteered time with The Children’s Reading Foundation of the Mid-Columbia, Girl Scouts, Junior Achievement, Vibe Music Center and Family Friendly Soccer.
If I was a dinosaur it would definitely be a Wineosaurus Rex.
